Title: Configuration Management Analyst Duration: 1 Year + Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Job Description Responsible for maintaining project software and documentation inventory and configuration baselines. Establishes and maintains the CM processes and procedures. Defines and implements procedures for releasing products throughout the whole product life cycle. Serves on the Configuration Control Board (CCB Produces builds of products for use in testing and in production; identifies and implements processes to strengthen, streamline and automate build processes; serves as an advocate for best practices; drives the development and maintenance of build automation tools; maintains the source code change control; performs distribution partner and corporate client set-ups. Performs software deficiency and change request updates and reporting. Maintains the project notebook library and software development folders. Tracks and maintains the project change requests, impact assessments, incident reports, and software change notices on a continuous basis. Measures and reports on success metrics benchmarking performance against world class measures. Supports management with technical performance data from the CM process. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., CMMI, ITIL) preferred. Project Description: Provides Configuration Management (CM) support for the customers software baseline control efforts. Maintains the baseline using automated CM tools.
