Job Description :

L3/L4 Support cloud Network Engineer

Experience working with hosted data center with at least one major cloud service provider (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Deep expertise in L3 support, must have good knowledge of TCP/IP and related protocols and with collecting and evaluating HTTPS & TCP/IP dumps using Wireshark, HTTPWatch, and similar tools.
Good knowledge of Terraform Scripting.
Working knowledge of Unix / LINUX CLI
Must have past experience in providing the L3 / L4 support for enterprise level network operations on 24 X 7 rotation basis.
As needed act as an escalation point for Engineering Support and escalate to L4 level for assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
Must be willing to learn and work in issue till resolution.
