Job Title : A e Cloud Administrator

Location : Onsite in Owings Mills, MD (local will be first priority but relocation is fine)

Duration: 6-12 month project

Required Skills:-

100% admin skill
A e Cloud Administrator JD having some developer exp is plus not mandatory
Solid hands-on experience (8+ Years) with A e Campaign Classic (ACC) technical workflows, and advanced campaign orchestration.
Scripting & Automation Proficiency in JavaScript, and SOAP/REST APIs for workflow automation and data integrations.
Instance Configuration & Performance Tuning Ability to optimize A e Campaign instances, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement best practices.
Deep expertise in delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic.
Experience integrating A e Campaign with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of campaign automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
Hands-on experience/knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization.
Troubleshoot campaign execution issues, deliverability problems, and workflow errors.
Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using A e Campaign.
Work with data teams to integrate A e Campaign with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Database & SQL knowledge for query optimization and data management.
