Citrix Admin/Citrix Engineer Job Profile Minimum 5 yrs. of relevant experience Should have experience in XenApp versions.Should have experience in XenDesktop versions.Should have knowledge of XenMobile; NetScaler; SD-WAN.Responsibilities Installation, Configuration, Managing Xen Desktop Sites.Administration of Citrix Servers/Farm version 4.5/6.0 and above.Publishing Applications on Citrix.Knowledge and work Experience on Citrix Web Interface.Troubleshoot the Citrix Issues/Citrix User Issues.Resource manager and reports generation.Citrix Xen app client Issues.Handling the incident cases based on ITIL process.Good communication skills to interact with client usersPreferred Windows Server 2003/2008 /2008 R2 Preferable, on Windows 2012 /2012 R2Active Directory / Group PolicyNetScaler is mandatory.Desktop Presentation (VDI) /Application PresentationXenApp/XenDesktop 6.5 or above implementation/ support/troubleshooting/administration scenarios.Knowledge of MDM solutions (On-Premise / Cloud Hosted) : MobileIron, Airwatch,Good for Enterprise, MaaS360, Windows Intune, Citrix XenMobileBasic networking knowledge will be added advantage
