They can live anywhere and must be ableto travel nationwide. U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders that have beenin the U.S. for at least 5 years. Must be able to pass a background anddrug test.
Buildbudget plan and track spend vs targets as required.
Manage monthly invoice process andpayment approvals which includes preparing Exception report
Act as SPOC for Supplier and preparemonthly reporting which includes an analysis
Against plan and contract. Specificallyreviewing budget, sales, profit, transaction and Consumption data.
Build utilization and headcount reportmonthly w/ data from projects. Provide an analysis of activity trends w/recommendations based on transactions and consumption.
Work on special projects requiringdeep dive analysis, creating spreadsheets and
PowerPoint presentations for ExecutiveLeadership review, such as measuring program post implementation success,Sustainability measurement, increasing participation and profit to driveService Mindset mentality
Act as the key interface betweencustomers, partners and internal teams for the purpose of gatheringinformation, documenting processes, confirming final solutions and assisting withsolution implementation
Partner with business and technologysubject matter experts to elicit, analyze, translate, and document businessneeds into system requirements
Facilitate meetings and presentationsto share ideas and findings
Communicate insights and plans tocross-functional team members and management
Review contracts, SOWs, and proposalsto assist teams with establishing project plans and approaches
Iteratively gather requirements,analyze documents and test business process logic
Follow the work to ensure solutionsmeet business needs and requirements.
Come together with Product,Development, Operations and Implementation teams to enhance customer valuestreams
Work with 3rd parties to integratesystems. This may include documenting requirements and technical solution
Engage clients to understand business,functional and technical requirements in concert with contractual and servicelevel agreements
Assist in coordinating projectresources to ensure projects are delivered on time
Partner with business and systemimplementers during acceptance testing
2.1.15.2 Qualification and experience
Associate degree, or equivalent,preferred in area of specialty
2 years of relevant experience
Exceptional analytical and conceptualthinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholdersand work closely with them to determine acceptable Solutions
Advanced knowledge in the areas ofsoftware, hardware, and call centers
Excellent documentation skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptualthinking skills
Experience creating reports and givingpresentations
Competency in Microsoft applicationsincluding PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proven track record of followingthrough on commitments
Excellent planning, organizational,and time management skills
