We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer with at least 5+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting BPM solutions using the Pega platform, collaborating with business teams, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC design and development
  • Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation
  • Experience in integrating Pega with external systems
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Nice to Have:

  • Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
  • Exposure to cloud or containerized deployments (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
