Job Title: Program Director Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Fulltime Responsibilities Include: Manage the Mentor Prot g Connection Program Plans, develops and implements long and short-range strategic programs for MPC marketing and sales, customer services, social media community relations and media communications. Represents the MPC before the Board of Directors on matters pertaining to any and all aspects of the program. Primary point of contact for MPC program. Develop and carry out the 12-month program with documented objective based Mentoring Action Plan (MAP Plan and coordinate all MPC events and activities. Create and maintain a high energy, high-performance environment. Stay abreast of current business trends and developments in mentoring programs. Provide quarterly updates on leading trends. Coordinate training and development opportunities for participants. Develop and facilitate some training and development for mentors/sponsors. Provide information and resources to MPC alumni when applicable. Incorporate best practices into the mentoring program such as objective based educational/training sessions, case studies, and technology. Experience Required: Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with corporations, small businesses, and volunteers. Experience at an executive level and 3 to 5 years of direct supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Computer competency required. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Must have the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Must have the ability and experience in planning, developing and administering operating budgets. Must have extremely high communication, management and leadership skills, and the ability to demonstrate success in a sophisticated and complex work environment.
