Middleware Technical Lead Phoenix, AZ Long term contract JD Provide end to end 24*7 MWatch based monitoring and management of 207 Middleware Instances defined in section 2 of this SOW. Install, configure, maintain, support, and administer Middleware instances listed in Section 2 "Middleware Inventory Landscape ". Support the installation, maintenance and configuration of Middleware Software requirements. Assist in the testing associated with patches and security updates to Middleware Software Releases. Maintain accurate documentation on the logical Configuration of the Middleware, including all queues, paths, and interfaces. Provide Level 1, 2 & 3 Support for Middleware administration and management on all technical platforms. Help and assist development teams in deployment and release management activity Message Queue/SOA Software Operations Startup, shutdown, purge and recover queues as necessary. Monitor throughput and message traffic for performance and resource availability threshold breaches. Perform backup and recovery activities. Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem Management Maintain accuracy in GBT's CMDB (Configuration Management Database Collect and analyze performance and utilization data and tune the Middleware to maintain efficiency. Participating in DR execution including DR drills, if any. Monitor and fine tune load balancing across queue managers.
