Title of Position : Customer Care Agent Location :St Louis, MO Employment: Contractual Rate: $Negotiable Analyst Level (1-4 Years Experience) Minimum HS Diploma or GED Minimum 1yr customer service experience, preferably in a call center Perform customer request/problem identification and follow defined procedures to resolve correctly Receives and log internal and/or external customer problem/request/issue and ensure proper documentation Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention Demonstrate understanding of the customer's business needs and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
