Job Title: CyberArk AIM Analyst/ Architect Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: Long Term Employment: Contractual Rate: $Negotiable Skill set needed CyberArk AIM Privilege Account Management. CyberArk Access Identity Manager (AIM) eliminates the use of hard-coded, embedded passwords in applications and replaces them with dynamic passwords that can be stored and rotated in the CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault (EPV AIM supports programmatic access to secure accounts stored in the EPV to improve security, minimize overall risk exposure, enable automation, and increase delivery speed and agility Skills Description DevOps / System Engineering work that is focused on operational work and any project work. Incidents, patches, PKEs (problem know error) corrections, monitoring/tuning, automation, etc. Can design, engineer/develop, configuration, deploy and troubleshoot on a project. POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Systems Engineer Senior is a senior level position working under minimal supervision and is responsible for providing and supporting the technical infrastructure, platforms and systems that support Progressive's business capabilities. As a highly trained and experienced technology specialist, ensures infrastructure availability, leads projects, troubleshoots issues, and researches new methods and systems of assigned Progressive infrastructure. Participates as a project resource working with Project Management Offices and other areas within IT to define project tasks, estimate and coordinate work efforts between groups, resolve or escalate issues, provide status updates on assigned deliverables, and test and implement solutions. Works on problems of diverse scope and moderate to high complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Serves as an escalation point for lower levels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Troubleshoots and repairs infrastructure defects that affect system performance and availability without disrupting production. Responds to users regarding abnormal system operations. -Participates in the business recovery and continuity processes, working with others to train on recovery processes, making recommendations for changes to procedures as necessary, testing processes, and exercising the processes. -Works with hardware and software vendors to resolve issues and maintains support relationships. -Deploys, configures and supports infrastructure which could include building and supporting request fulfillment requiring environment changes. -Coordinates and maintains environment changes, which includes gathering requirements for iteration changes, and procuring hardware and software for new projects and infrastructure changes. -Monitors the infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and makes recommendations for the elimination of areas that are susceptible to failure. -Trains and coaches less experienced staff and customers from the business areas. -Develops processes, tools, and techniques to optimize system availability and readiness. Prepares and maintains documentation of processes, which may include creating documentation for new processes. Additional Skills / Supporting Notes Should have a general understanding of how to support and implement CyberArk's Access Identity Manager (AIM) software. Should have a general understanding of Secrets Management concepts in both on-premise and cloud environments. General understanding of how to manage Secrets in Orchestration tools such as Puppet, Terraform, OpenShift, Kubernetes, etc. Should or would be nice to have a general understanding HashiCorp Enterprise Vault. Should have multiple examples of implementing and troubleshooting CyberArk PSM and Enterprise Vault. Should have a solid understanding of PCI Compliance for Multifactor Authentication. Has demonstrated basic / in depth knowledge of one or more Application Access Control systems and Application security concepts - Active Directory, LDAP, and RACF (Resource Access Control Facility Has created PowerShell scripts or other scripting skills Basic knowledge of server (Windows/Unix) and database (SQL Server, Oracle and DB2) security. Individual who has a proven ability to investigate and resolve complex issues with identified systems. Individual possesses sufficient knowledge to correlate logs using Splunk and App Dynamics from multiple technologies/sources to identify defects and recommend corrective action.
