Job Description :

General Software implementation and support

  • Good understanding of Aris Architecture & platform including Configuration / Methods & Conventions. 
  • Maintenance and configuration of ARIS Dashboards, Reports, Queries and Macros
  • Perform Aris Migrations, Database backups. 
  • Understand process models, attributes and scripts, synchronization between Aris and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Maintain the ARIS governance and Change Control process. 
  • Supporting ARIS user inquiries, Troubleshooting and resolving ARIS user requests and trouble tickets including off-hour support.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Overall 10+ years of BPM experience with Minimum of 4 years experience using ARIS Business Process Modeling platforms particularly with the Aris Aware, Designer and Architect modules. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or 4+ years of equivalent practical experience.
  • Programming experience in Java script or any other programming language.
  • Experience in business process modeling and ability to document business process artifacts using BPMN and/or EPC standards. 
  • Experience creating, configuring, customizing  dashboards, reports, queries and macros
  • Knowledge and understanding of ARIS synchronization activities with SAP Solution Manager. 
  • Proficiency to demonstrate working with multiple stakeholders, bring consensus and address complex situations.
  • Good knowledge and understanding on process attributes, KPI’s, health monitoring, standards for quality and excellence. 

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Business Analysis: proficient in decomposing business processes into discrete components for evaluation.
  • Good understanding of Business, Data, Application and technology (BDAT) modeling. 
  • Proactive self-starter and able to work independently and effectively in a team. 
  • Must have the ability to work on multiple efforts concurrently. 
  • Be able to work well in a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in gSuite including gDOCS, Trix, gSlides, Visio, Lucid Charts.
