Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to multitask on a highly demanding A e first Marketing platform , use cases supporting multiple brands
Worked and exposed to several areas of Marketing cloud Personalization, content, Responsive design, A e AEM, A e target, A e Analytics and campaign
Understanding of D2C commerce solutions and business is an Advantage
Worked on previous A e first solution - requirements and integrate across various functional teams.
Worked on A e Target and AEM applications to tailor and personalize content specific experiences based on audiences.
Worked on building new Templates, configuring launch and content related workflows utilized by the business for content and data management
Conducted analysis to develop deeper insights for driving business growth and operational efficiency
Produced insightful data to support data visualization capabilities that can be used by Marketing users
Supported Marketing team by shaping key metrics and KPIs on A e reporting platform
Collaborated with development team to build the requirements (dynamic tags) on the web pages to support analytics platform
Responsible for maintaining and owning entire project documentation using JIRA , Google docs
Worked and trained other techo -functional teams to define the features and functionality within the roadmap, and ensured that the product being delivered meets the needs of the customer.
Coordinate software testing and deployment activities with development teams if required
Document testing materials like test plan, test cases, test script to smoothly run the user acceptance testing phase
Excellent team and collaboration skills working with a large offshore teams and customer business and IT onsite
8+ years’ experience at least 2 years in A e first programs in direct to consumer platforms
Prefer Candidates in the EST time Zone and willing to relocate post Covid to Client location in Michigan
