Job:  Business Analyst - Call Center Technologies 

Location: 100% Remote

Term: 6 months +


Note from manager: Looking for a BA resource with the following expertise: SalesForce, IVR or Call Recording. I would like to find someone with any of these skills, but SalesForce would be a bonus



  • Exceptional BA – expert at all business analyst skills such as requirement elicitation, facilitation, presentation skills and ability to speak to users and senior management
  • Knowledge of the Rally tool or tool equivalent to it
  • Expert at Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  • Excellent Communication skills – both orally and written
  • Work is virtual – no office – so they must be able to speak well and can be understood clearly
  • Self-Driven
  • Driven by success
  • Team Player
  • Has mentored and coached others
  • Certifications are a plus (SCRUM/ BA)
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • Ability to work on their own without much guidance
  • Knowledge in Call Center Technologies (IVR, Call Routing, ETC)
  • Salesforce would be a huge plus
