Location: 100% Remote

Note from manager: Looking for a BA resource with the following expertise: SalesForce, IVR or Call Recording. I would like to find someone with any of these skills, but SalesForce would be a bonus
FORMAL HR JOB DESCRIPTION
- Exceptional BA – expert at all business analyst skills such as requirement elicitation, facilitation, presentation skills and ability to speak to users and senior management
- Knowledge of the Rally tool or tool equivalent to it
- Expert at Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills – both orally and written
- Work is virtual – no office – so they must be able to speak well and can be understood clearly
- Self-Driven

- Has mentored and coached others
- Certifications are a plus (SCRUM/ BA)
- Ability to handle ambiguity
- Ability to work on their own without much guidance
- Knowledge in Call Center Technologies (IVR, Call Routing, ETC)
