Job Description:
A jobholder in this role is expected to have a mortgage background, be an SME across multiple processes in the mortgage lifecycle and hold existing mortgage licenses.

Job responsibilities:
Supporting existing relationships within the Mortgage portfolio.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes team mission by completing related results as neededCome in with existing licenses and help expand those licenses where we don’t have them today across originations, servicing and collectionsTechnology; Knowledge of Mortgage Software’s prevalent in the market – for example - LSAMS, BKFS, Ellie Mae, Mortgage Cadence Years of Experience Required:Total 6+ years of experienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience in Mortgage Lending Minimum

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service & people management skills Experience on US loan servicing regulations (Preferred)Certification on US Mortgage or Lending domain desirable (any institute)
Develop and maintain superior customer connectFollow the governance mechanism established with the client
Help develop technology advancements and process improvementsKeep track of all customer feedback/ process issues. Drive actions towards delivery excellence Resource Planning, Recruitment and Work Allocation
Ensure that all committed deliverables and services are rendered on schedule and at the defined quality levels
