Position : ServiceNow ITSM Lead
Location : Cedar Rapids, IA
Duration : 12+ months contract

Job Description:

Must understand technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow.
Provide high-level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation.
The ideal candidate must prioritize multiple tasks effectively and deliver technical design documents.
Must be able to design and architect ServiceNow Modules including ITSM, ITOM CMDB, discovery jobs, and automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator.
Define technical solutions aligned with client"s business problems at an architectural and design level of detail.
Communicate complex technical solutions to clients.
Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build POC solutions in demo instances for proposed solutions in context of a services engagement.
Work with existing clients on developing technical solutions that may be delivered by ServiceNow Professional Services.
Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Perform research into technology partner or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for integration.
Respond to RFPs for SNOW.

13+ years of experience in ITSM implementation.
8+ completed full Servicenow implementations.
Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform.
Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving enterprise software.
Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications.
Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer.
Certified ServiceNow Implementation.
Certified in ITIL - Expert
