Title: Azure Architect (Remote) Duration: 6 Months + Location: Seattle Washington Job Description The IT team is looking to temporarily backfill the role with a Azure Solution architect with experience in 3 tier applications with a focus on data management and a security mindset. This resource will become part of the data management team that works on assigned projects, support infight work and operations to be sure that all existing services. Along with supporting existing work, the resource will be asked to provision and provide solutions for new requirements as well. The work will focus on 3 tier applications that are built on Azure stack and has experience in data science tools and data services. The resource must have a background in data or previous experience working in a data management team. Job Description: Data science tools and data services - Azure SQL server services - Azure Databrick - Azure Data Factory CI/CD tools: - Terraform with Azure (For provisioning Azure Services) - Github (source code for azure services) - Drone.ci (CICD pipeline) - Azure DevOps Azure Application Hosting - Azure Kubernetes services (Very Important) - Azure Web App services (with Docker for Linux) Brief list of services the resource will needed to be able to provision, secure and support - Azure Storage (blob & file) - Azure Functions - Azure log analytics - Azure logging, alerting, etc - Azure Subscription management and account provisioning - Azure API Management - Azure Virtual networking - Point to Site VPN / as needed Any kind of Azure Certifications also will go a long way Additional Notes to Vendor : Main things we are looking for in a candidate are experience with Kubernetes and Azure AD Minimum Experience (In Years) : 6 Certification Requirement : Not required, but an Azure Architect Cert of some kind would go a long way
