Job Title – Cloud Migration SME – AWS Data Engineer
Location - Tampa, FL (Initially Remote Later need to relocate to Tampa, FL)
Description:
Experience in AWS, GCP cloud adoption knowledge with working knowledge in analysing on- premises
infrastructure and application footprint for cloud adoption readiness
Handled primary responsibilities include stake holders’ interaction, conduct technical discussion,
provide high level solution, Build prototype, etc
Experience in collaborating customer Internal cloud Migration team for cloud migration readiness
assessment.
Perform technical evaluation of application and Infrastructure readiness for cloud adoption
Good understanding of various tools and custom script can be leveraged in AWS, GCP for collating
environment details
Perform due diligence of service requirement, capacity planning, security requirement, etc
Excellent knowledge various AWS services and hands on experience in configuration and deployment
of the products
Provide advanced technical expert level knowledge support for the team as required
Provide engineering designs, project plans for cloud migration, cloud operation, and cloud IT
optimization
Showcase acute understanding of both the technology and business objectives of the account to
enable the delivery of solutions that will in turn contribute to the success of existing accounts and the
acceleration of new customer volume.
The Architect speaks from experience and offers insight on successes and failures relative to the
customer's industry and/or objectives, and provides solutions based on the Cloud Services solution
portfolio.
Infrastructure Roles and responsibilities:
Contributing to the development of the cloud platform for implementations, migrations,
troubleshooting, and engineering related work.
Plan and design Networking concepts and cloud technology and architecture - Working knowledge of
cloud platforms Azure, AWS or GCP.
Building scalable cloud solutions. Lead the design/ deployment of innovative service solutions for
Brillio AWS cloud service offerings.
Consults with clients to establish, maintain, and understand their strategic direction in cloud adoption.
Support the full lifecycle of cloud computing management, from customer needs analysis and
environment assessment, through design, test, migration, and operation.
Continually research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies to improve the business outcome of
our service to our customers.
Demonstrated experience building scalable cloud solutions.
Required Mandatory experience
Minimum of 8 years of AWS cloud hands-on experience.
Minimum of 5 years of solid hands-on experience in Cloud readiness assessment, Cloud
architecting, engineering, and management experience, including AWS AD.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work with engineers and executives.
Collaborate across domains to design/deliver larger scoped initiatives.
In depth knowledge of the AWS cloud computing platform, its many services and dimensions of
scalability - including but not limited to: S3 (Object Storage), VPC (Virtual Private Cloud), EC2, EBS
(Block Storage under high I/O), ELB/Elastic Beanstalk (load-balancing and auto scaling),
SQS(messaging), Cloud Formation for AWS Orchestration, Cloud Watch Metrics, Cloud Watch Logs,
EMR (Elastic Map Reduce), RedShift, DynamoDB.
Experience working with Automation tools, Cloud management tools
Required industry experience:
Twelve plus years’ experience as a Technology Solutions Architect.
Proficient level in development of Product Bill of Materials and basic system designs.
Expert level of post-sales installation, configuration, troubleshooting with guidance from senior
technical staff.
Expert level knowledge. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and
procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments.
(Software/Applications, Server, Storage, Networks, Security, Data platform).
Advanced technical knowledge with experience in selling, consulting, remediation, migration and/or
deployment.
Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing professional business materials.
Strong understanding of and working knowledge of the value-added technology industry.
Negotiation skills with ability to meet customer and company needs.
Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate with all levels including the C-suite.

Must be experienced in the following AWS cloud service areas: cloud readiness assessment and
migration strategy development and migration planning, cloud migration, identity and access
management, cloud billing and metering, cloud monitoring, cloud backup/recovery and DR, AWS RDS
database, AWS Automation, S3 storage, networking, and security solutions for AWS.
Experienced with Identity and Access Management solutions for hybrid cloud environment involving
AWS
