Title: Application Developer NET) Duration: 2 Year + Location: Carson City, Nevada Job Description 1) Work closely with the NCJIS solution provider, PROGRAM and RCCD to deliver supporting functionality to the PROGRAM and RCCD. 2) Design, develop and implement unit and scenario testing for existing code base and for new functionality under development. 3) Deliver top quality HTML, CSS, .Net front-end code across a broad array of interactive web and mobile projects. 4) Build and maintain office and mobile templates for the content management system (CMS) used by the PROGRAM. 5) Ensure that front-end code functions consistently across all browsers and platforms. 6) Write specifications documents and as-built documentation. 7) Ensure that all materials produced have a high degree of quality, accuracy, and timeliness and complies with the State of Nevada's accessibility standards. 8) Keep abreast of the latest production, development and presentation techniques and technologies related to digital communication. 9) Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and contribute to the PROGRAM team. 10) Field questions from internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner and provide assistance upon request. 11) Ensure compliance with the State of Nevada and Department of Public Safety policies and regulations. 12) Collaborate with back-end developers to troubleshoot and solve coding issues. 13) Maintain state standards and branding throughout the product's interface. 14) Promote usability best practices, including ADA conformance. 15) Provide long-term support for the NCJIS solution, supporting functionality, and interfaces.
