Angular 6 / Angular 7 is a must

Strong hands-on full cycle Web Development/UI/ Front end development experience.

Excellent Angular 6/7, HTML5, CSS 3, C# and JavaScript knowledge of front-end development tools and processes

Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL back end development tools and processes

Good understanding and experience consuming REST API services

Understanding/experience of Object-Oriented Programming.
