5+ years ALS batch and online programming experience 10+ years of mainframe Development background in design, analysis and coding: COBOL (CICS), JCL, CICS, CA7, File Manager, VSAM, Endevor etc. Hands on experience in HATS, SoapUI, DefendPoint, ALM Quality Center, Prior working experience in GITLAB, EALMS, POSTMAN, IDZ/Eclipse,zconnect Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment Roles and Responsibilities Work within the Core Banking Systems technology team as the ALS / LM as a technical subject matter expert. Assists the business unit in defining requirements for services. Designs, documents, and recommends mainframe programming solutions. Establishes schedules for analysis, programming, and project completion/implementation. Programs, tests, debugs, and documents approved solution using mainframe programming. Prepares comprehensive test plans to ensure program performance and efficiency. Coordinates user functional testing with appropriate individuals. Prepares written documentation to guide the deployment of approved solutions throughout the software development cycle.
