Job Discription:

  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning methods.

  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs, NLP pipelines, embeddings, and vector search solutions.

  • Implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, monitoring).

  • Build and deploy ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Work with GPU/CUDA, distributed training, and model optimization for performance.

  • Implement AI components using Python, ML frameworks, and MLOps best practices.

  • Integrate ML models with applications using REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and software teams to productionize AI solutions.

  • Utilize tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and vector databases.

  • Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring reliability and explainability.

  • Conduct research to stay up to date with emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.

  • Proficiency in Python, including ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

  • Experience fine-tuning LLMs, embeddings, and sentence transformers.

  • Knowledge of cosine similarity, vector databases, and semantic search.

  • Experience with GPU/CUDA configuration and optimization.

  • Hands-on experience working in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.

  • Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines and deploying ML models to production.
