As a Sr. Analytics Implementation Developer, you will implement initiatives within the Adobe stack to meet operational needs.
This is a unique opportunity to lead analytics development and engineering, best practices and data governance across multiple industry leading brands.
In this position, you''ll be working with cutting edge technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and others to develop the test ideas for deployment to the site. Prior experience with A/B testing tools, specifically Adobe Target and DTM / Launch is required.
In addition, you will act as a mentor and leader for Analytics Implementation Developers globally to further enhance their skill set and domain knowledge as it pertains to our Adobe stack.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect and implement analytics solutions to meet data collection and reporting needs using Adobe Analytics; perform quality assurance checks
Architect and implement web tests and site personalization to meet data collection and reporting needs using Adobe Target; perform user acceptance testing
Participate in developing requirements for and the implementation of necessary analytics development to properly and accurately report on relevant KPIs
Provide guidance for data integrity issues, ongoing maintenance, and data governance
Maintain detailed documentation of data collection methods and dependencies
Work closely with developers and Customer Experience team to validate and maintain analytics and reporting for digital channels
Work with key stakeholders to integrate analytics requirements, and updates into production cycles
Conduct audits and troubleshoot tracking gaps to maintain data confidence (GDPR) and implement data standardization practices
Provide general troubleshooting assistance for analytics reporting and fix data issues
Support a data-driven culture by educating the organization on everyday uses of data as a resource Leadership Responsibilities
Mentor Developers to further enhance their skill set and domain knowledge as it pertains to our Adobe stack and JavaScript best practices
Work with Frontend Development Team to ensure proper deployment, integration, performance, and compliance with architectural standards and best practices
Ensure timely implementation of analytics, testing and personalization capabilities based on business requirements (BRD) & priorities
Maintain Solution design reference (SDR) documentation
Facilitate continual communication of status of implementation objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
A four-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Science, Web Analytics or related field required
Four years plus experience leading Adobe Analytics implementations required
Expert knowledge of Adobe DTM/Launch development and tagging, Adobe Target development
Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with two or more JavaScript frameworks, Angular.js, jQuery and React a bonus
Experience with Adobe Audience Manager for creating and utilizing both traits and segments using 1st and 3rd party data
Experience with Adobe Mobile Services for data collection and tracking for native mobile apps
Experience with Adobe Analytics data import tools such as customer attributes, classification importer or data feed
Experience with ecommerce data collection and reporting
Experience with JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) and regular expressions
Experience with R or related statistical analysis tools
Proven knowledge of web standards and cross-browser compatibility issues
Extensive experience taking design comps and translating them into their web-based equivalents for data collection
Experience with using Observe Point data auditing tool
Experience with version control systems such as Subversion and/or Git
Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong written and oral communication skills, including interviewing and presentation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail and thoroughness required
