Mandatory Technical Skills
"*Good Understanding of running an enterprise datacenter environment *Demonstrated skills in managing Server hardware, SAN, networking devices and Windows 2008/2012/2016 Environments
*Proven expertise in setting up and managing a KVM over IP Switch infrastructure for remote management in a mid to large size datacenter
*Minimum 2-4 years experience in managing KVM over IP ( Remote Management) infrastucture *Hands-on experience in configuring DSView/Vertiv or Equivalent management software *Understanding of Vertiv DSView Architecture ( Hub and Spoke Server )
*Hands-on Experience in troubleshooting different display output types (HDMI/DVI/DP/VGA) for varying hardware models like Apple, ZT Systems,Lenovo,Surface ,HP and Dell
*Powershell or any scripting knowledge
*Deep Understanding of Windows Certificate services *Thorough knowledge of IT Infrasturcture in Change/Incident/Problem/Capacity Management and Information security
*Technical Design, development and implementation decisions on the use of technology in areas of specialization
*Ability to deliver complex infrastructure solutions as technical individual contributor to various project teams
*Ability to read, interpret, and\or develop technical specifications, diagrams and infrastructure blueprint *Responsible for self-development in new Microsoft technologies as part of Professional development plan"
Desirable Technical Skills
"*Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/IPMI *Exposure to Core networking
*Windows Admin *Experience on Cloud computing and Virtualization *MCSE/CCNA//Hardware Certification is a plus "
