Job Description :
Research Analyst

Required Skills:
5+ years of research and business analysis experience in systems development, product development, and/or project management.
Strong research and information gathering techniques as well as excellent communication skills.
Expertise in various project management methodologies including agile.
Broad knowledge of the financial services industry and customer service.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
Knowledge of tools like Confluence and JIRA.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:
Engage key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document clear, measurable business requirements that support the project and program objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies on various technical aspects of the system integration in the labs projects.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
