Job Description :
·Degree in Computer Science
·5+ years’ experience as a Database developer / DBA
·Great communication
·Sybase database design
·SQL tuning
·Design, develop and understand Data Models.
·Working with HA and DR systems, SQL Server Mirroring, Always On
·Experience with DB version upgrades.
·Knowledge, experience on database version certification process
·Ability to lead meetings
·Work with Application development teams to design database
·Ability to articulate and enforce standards
·Ability to work independently
·Able to communicate status and technical issues to upper management
·Ability to work with and direct service provider DBA’s
·Ability to understand and define requirements.
·Ability to drive the meetings effectively while communicating with different support teams like storage, OS, middleware, network, etc.
·Should be able to architect database, to be aligned with application storage, memory and performance considerations.
