Job Title: Siebel Developer
Location: Winooski VT
Duration: 6 months (First 4 to 5 weeks Onsite, can work remote after that)

Top responsibilities for this position:
Resources will be a senior-level resource on the team with responsibilities across assessing, designing, developing and testing commercial healthcare software applications.
Resources will work with business analysts and stakeholders for assessment phases as well as to flesh out project requirements and high-level system specifications, such as diagrams, data modeling and object-oriented design.
Resources will work with QA teams for defect validation and remediation.
Required software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities:
A minimum of 7 years related experience in a commercial software development role
Strong object oriented programming skills
Hands-on development experience including using - Oracle Siebel.
Experience with Oracle fusion Middleware 11g and Java Server Faces Frameworks
Hands-on experience with Oracle, technology stack
Prior experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting of Java applications; working with complex systems
Ability to lead and mentor development teams and resources.
Client facing - demonstrated strong communication skills
Assets skills/attributes that are Nice to have:
Healthcare Payer domain expertise is highly desirable but not required
HIX experience Highly Desirable but not required
