Job Description :
The Senior User Experience Designer position plays a leading role in the creation of a market-leading user experience (UX) by providing high-quality designs, graphics, mock-ups and layouts for both new and existing web sites and applications. This will be accomplished by designing the user interface for websites, online applications and other digital outputs. The role works on significant market facing deliveries and may work across several BDH or Value Streams.

This position will lead cross functional teams to understand the customer need and create software solutions that are easy to use and provide a highly engaging experience. The role requires a thorough understanding of usability design principles and best practices, along with an understanding of how visual and interaction design work together to create a world-class user experience. The senior role leads a broader team to ensure consistency across implementations and methodologies employed. The Senior User Experience Designer plays a critical role in mentoring User Experience Designers and other agile team members to ensure we are creating market-leading experiences and growing future talent within the agile teams.
