Job Description :
SAP master data migration leader 8+ yrs of SAP experience in SAP - FICO / PP
Experienced Data Lead on both large and small highly successful projects
Understanding of the ETL phases
Able to utilize the LSMW data migration tool
Knowledge of SAP Data Services for extracting and transforming data
Formulating, developing and maintaining data migration strategies, work plans, mapping documents and control sheets
Experience of migrating data from another ERP to SAP
Must be able to provide legacy to source mapping, define rules for extraction @ master and transaction data working with business
Experience working in validated environment – GxP compliance
Understanding of testing @ data conversion process and data verification
Develop data migration strategies for conversion of Master and Transactional data from different legacy systems into SAP (different module including SAP SD, MM/PP and SAP FICO Experience of data migration using LSWM/BDC/SAP Data Services is preferred and hands on with different migration tools.
Prepare data migration plan and lead cut-over plan
Work with the client''s business and IT teams to identify requirements for data cleansing and enrichment Identify, analyze issues, make recommendations, and escalate issues for resolution in a timely manner.
Identify, recommend and implement process improvements as needed
Develop conversion process flows and prepare documentation. supporting data migration approach.
Facilitate and Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, gather requirements, recommend and present solutions to business stakeholders Identify data migration extract, transformation, and data load rule.
Perform data mapping of source to target data sets Identify and record data conversion requirements, as needed.
Collaborate with functional work teams to achieve business results Disseminate information across the team, and keep up to date with functional improvements of solution.
Review, analyze, and develop data migration solutions to support To Be business models Develop data migration test plans Develop conversion software and lead efforts during mock runs to refine conversion script
Must have experience interfacing with business stakeholders Analyze profile, migrate, and cleanse non-SAP legacy data into SAP.
Migrate and cleanse master data within a SAP environment
. Strong knowledge of data transformations and data migration design and implementation for SAP.
Demonstrated Experience Leading and Facilitating Requirements Sessions With different project leads
Demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver desired outcomes
Strong background in functional analysis and requirements gathering, and solid understanding of the SAP
