* Prioritize and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects, alone or as part of a multifunctional team; drive customer satisfaction and business productivity, while reducing cost and improving on time delivery
* Work with material review board (MRB) in order to disposition nonconforming material and devise remediation actions and implement mitigation plans
* Quality verification/approval of source substantiated components will be expected
* Provide advanced quality engineering of new product introduction involving new processes or advanced automated equipment, as well as manage existing requirements for legacy programs
* Analyze production and service limitations, develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques in order to track the progress of improvement efforts; trend data and target
challenges and monitor successes
* A working knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP would be a plus
* Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools; create implementation plans and work with suppliers in order to implement quality improvement strategies
* NDT engineer would need a Level II or III per NAS 410
