Short Description: PLCB seeks an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS


Complete Description: The AEM QAS will provide support for the Ecommerce Redesign Project, develop test scripts/cases, provide assistance in sprint grooming, planning and testing support.

Responsibilities:

Apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new development and enhancements.
Candidate will design, create, and document Test Cases based on Requirements and other supporting documents.
Communicate test progress, test results, and quality of application changes.
Analyze test results to discover and report out on defects.
Work with business community to plan and execute UAT.
Candidate will work with Product Owner and Developers in sprint grooming, planning, retrospective meetings, and to provide testing support in bi-weekly release.
Candidate should be able to quickly understand and interpret design and technical specifications, and provide QA time estimates.
Able to test Front-end & Back-end application and web services.
Knowledge of debugging a defect.
Work closely with the Product Owner and Development teams during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results.
Proactively identify new tools/processes/approaches and continuously strive to find ways to improve the overall testing strategy
Required Skills:

At least 5-10 years'' experience testing API, web apps or other enterprise software.
Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Understanding of HTML, JAVA, JavaScript and CSS
Familiarity with VSTS, continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins.
Experience with Content Management software systems in general, preferably with experience in Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and mobile device testing.
Solid understanding of web-based testing, test environments, bug life cycle and frequent code release.
Experience with API testing.
Preferred Skills:

Mobile testing experience in both iOS & Android
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
