Location: Richfield, MN 55423 (On-site Interview)

Overview:
Data Retention Project – protecting and archiving data, teams will need to complete project according to pre-established retention plans.
When a transaction is recorded is can be stored in multiple data bases and the testers need to validate the information is stored in the correct place, and validate the data archiving process is appropriate.
Requirements:
Looking for a data specialist with thorough knowledge of how back end systems work. They are a Microsoft shop, primarily MS SQL Server and then some DB2.
MS SQL Server is a must have, they need to have experience writing complex SQL queries.
DB2 is a nice to have.
No database development, but they need to write these complex queries to validate actual development (these extensive skills to help automate it)
Experience working with Agile methodology is a must have
Data archiving experience is a must have
Test case management (They use MS Test Manager) – said this is easy to learn, they will need experience writing test cases but the MS Test Manager was something they could pick up if they had experience with another tool.
