Job Description :
Business Process Designer
Contract position.
Location: Charlotte, NC

Note: The Client will train on I Grafx

Key Responsibilities
1. Work with business process owner’s and subject matter experts to understand / define the processes and their linkages to various elements of the enterprise (process, risk, control, application etc
2. Analyze existing information from process and data flow templates (excel)
3. Create and visually represent of this information in I Grafx by also meeting enterprise modeling / BPMN compliance standards
4. Review & validate these with business process owners & subject matter experts.
5. Ensure a continuous rigor around maintenance of these key documents as applicable

Minimum qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent
2. Knowledge of BPMN and Business Process Management software’s / tools
3. Good Facilitation Skills
4. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Preferred qualifications
1. Industry accepted Certifications in Process/Object Modelling
2. Experience in financial and/or mortgage industry
