                                                                             IDEALFORCE has a Contract position available immediately for a Network/Systems Specialist to join our customer in Phoenix, AZ. THE POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE:
 Perform data center systems design, deployments and ongoing administration.
 Maintain documentation and desk procedures for all team functions
 Remediation of security vulnerabilities from scanning tools and assessments
 Administration and management of
- physical and virtual servers
- mid-tier storage arrays and SAN
- security appliances
- active directory and group policy
- enterprise applications e.g., Exchange/O365, secure remote access, remote desktop/VDI
- Cisco Switches and Routers Configuration and Management
- Cisco Wireless Controller Configuration and Management
- Firewalls
 Adherence to Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management processes and controls
 Help Desk functions including answering requests for assistance, creating tickets, and performing troubleshooting operations
 Provide desk-side support to end users as needed
Required skills:
 Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems
 Microsoft SCCM knowledge
 Linux knowledge
 Understanding of network architecture
 Proven customer service skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
 Proven organizational skills
 Demonstrated problem resolution skills and analytical ability
 Ability to work within established operational policies and guidelines
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the agency
Preferred skills:
 One or more related, industry-accepted certifications such as MCSE, VMWare, CCNA, CISSP
 Candidate will have an AA in IT or five years of experience as a server/network administrator
 Experience working in a 24x7, mission critical enterprise data center environment
 Broad and deep knowledge and use of SCCM to assure security compliance and tight configuration management
