Position: Lead / Sr. Ruby Developer
Manager wants to hire someone ASAP!
Must have strong proficiency in building complex Ruby on Rails business applications.
Must be able to translate business requirements directly from business users to a technology solution within the Ruby on Rails application.
Must have strong knowledge of security best practices in web development on the Internet.
Must have strong proficiency in verbal and written communications.
Must have leadership ability to help guide a team of Jr developers
Required skills/write up:
Must have a minimum of 8 years of Ruby on Rails development.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of MySQL application database management experience.
Leader who can guide a group of JR Devs.
Need to have strong verbal and written communication skills do to this being a lead role
