Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide support of daily operations of NGP services, including incident triage, defect fix and monitoring

2. Collect business requirement and develop new features related to NGP services

3. Lead and organize testing reviews. Track and resolve complex defects and assists in planning efforts of complex functional and automated tests in support of Quality Control

4. Define and manage process by which support and technical assistance is performed

5. Ensure delivery of change management activities supporting production deployments to Developers, Quality Control Analysts, and Environment Management personnel.
