Role : LabWare LIMS Integration Business Analyst / Developer

Duration: 6+ Months

This role primarily requires:

1. Experience integrating LabWare LIMS to enterprise systems, specifically Oracle ERP. As a duel role, the candidate should be able to serve as the role of a business analyst to walk cross-functional business and IT teams through a future state process/strategy while also supporting the technical side of the project up to and including LabWare LIMS development. In addition to ERP integrations, experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems is highly needed.

2. Requirements analysis / gathering. The candidate will lead process mapping of the future state processes while participating actively in the technical parts of these discussions. The candidate should provide recommendations on the processes while focusing on industry best practices as well as of the box configurations. Then, the candidate will use these business process maps to facilitate the user/function/design documents. While this section of the job is highly ‘business analyst’ focused, the ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of LabWare LIMS to either perform, support, or direct development of the integrations.

3. Knowledge of LabWare LIMS is a must, with LabWare 7 experience. The candidate should have specific knowledge with basic LabWare LIMS configuration and experience with LabWare LIMS Lot Manager Module and standard LIMS sample lifecycles.

4. Knowledge of Biotech/Pharma business processes – the candidate should have significant experience with business processes such as batch/lot creation, quality disposition, and sample chain of custody
