Job Description :
This is a junior position… someone who has been doing Helpdesk type work or Junior Sys Admin supporting Citrix virtual desktops.
Must have excellent comm skills
Must have experience doing end user support of Citrix virtual desktop users
The consultant will work onsite at their customer location, working with the customer to rollout Citrix virtual desktops to end users.
The consultant will assist with moving the users from their desktop PC to a thin client connecting to a VDI desktop. The consultant will provide assistance to end-users with onboarding to the desktop environment, resolving any issues, answering questions, etc.
Required Skills:
2+ years’ experience with Citrix VDI rollouts
Help-desk experience working with end-users, resolving onboarding issues, resolve tier 1 deployment issues, etc
Strong communication skills to work directly with end-users
