Job Description :
This team provides operational support across multiple data centers spread throughout various regions across the globe. Additionally, we are responsible for all capacity expansion, net-new capacity rollouts, vulnerability remediation, security patching, hardware issues, code deployments for our service. In an always on, always connected world, this role provides a unique opportunity to work on a breadth of technologies found in very few other opportunities.
Service reliability and stability are our core imperatives. A successful Service Engineer will analyze, triage, mitigate and repair any hardware issues impacting availability. We are also focused on capacity expansions with net-new capacity rollouts on an ongoing basis, as well as continuous code deployments, security patching and decommission work.
Required Qualifications:
Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, SQL Server, PowerBI, and Azure.
A Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
PowerShell scripting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
C# or another programming language.
Automated deployment tooling (Docker, Chef, Ansible, Kubernetes, Azure Containers or similar
Need Power shell and Scripting. Consultant will be working from Zen3 office.
