In depth understanding of JDA Demand and JDA Fulfillment 2017.1.X.X advance functionalities.
More than 7 years of experience in JDA Demand and JDA Fulfillment.
Knowledge of different supply chain domain (Retail preferred
Sound understanding of advance concepts like Hierarchies, Statistical Forecasting, Transfer forecast, dynamic deployment and Dynamic Allocation
Ensure that issues impacting the global business processes and application design are understood.
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues within SLA time lines.
Good understanding on batch jobs and their dependencies.
Manage daily support with client by addressing change requests and managing priorities.
Improve operational execution; create new ideas geared towards benefits realization.
Setting up configuration parameters with right sets of values to make functionalities tuned to work rightly.
Work with cross functional teams and provide guidance and recommendation of system settings for successful execution of various JDA processes.
Hands on experience on client facing role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal and active listening traits.
