Role-Java Developer.

developer that is more of a thinker rather than a coder
software engineer type
not just a coder (needs logical thinking, improving quality)
performance work* a good indicator
SEM
design work on their own and have it reviewed by their leads
java based, spring, hibernate, jquerry, bootstrap,
its fine if people are weaker in the front end
HTML/CSS is a plus but not required
oracle database
tomcast, websphere,
Agile, scrum background will be helpful to have for knowledge transfer
software their looking to sell to their customers (health insurance customers)
