Job Description :
Job Summary:
The candidate determines enterprise information assurance and security standards. He also will develop and implement information assurance/security standards and procedures, coordinate, develop, and evaluate security programs for an organization. Another key function is recommending information assurance/security solutions to support customers'' requirements, identifying, reporting, resolving security violations.
Essential functions:
Establishes and satisfies information assurance and security requirements.
Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
Applies to government and commercial common user systems specialized security features and procedures.
Performs analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures.
Analyzes and defines security requirements for computer systems.
Provides integration and implementation of the computer system security solution.
Analyzes general information assurance-related technical problems and provides basic engineering and technical support in solving these problems.
Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications.
Ensures that all information systems are functional and secure.
Requirements:
Secret clearance or Public Trust
3+ years of related work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems
5+ years of IA/Cyber experience.
Security+ certification
Experience in developing and implementing information assurance /security standards and procedure
Experience in applying to government and commercial common user systems specialized security features
