Open to a remote worker. Candidate must be able to either; be within 1-2 days onsite at either Dover/Seattle or be able to come onsite for the first 2 weeks and then be remote and travel onsite when needed (infrequent)

Candidate must have java based coding skills as well as IVR- specific Avaya and Nuance. Top candidates will have Nuance NDF and NDM

Software Engineer will join a squad that is tasked with developing Telephony Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) enabled systems and work to route additional users to other customer facing applications. This is a software engineering contractor position within Client – Agents & Partners group and daily activities will include writing quality code to support various projects within the Telephony domain.
