Having multiple roles which are with both managed & non managed services contract

Job description:
Good knowledge in IIS 7.0 or later, HTTP, HTTPS.
Good knowledge creating Azure web sites and configuring Azure web sites.
Good knowledge in SSL certificates and debugging certificate issues.
Good knowledge on Azure web sites configuration, debugging configuration issues.
Able to debug customer issues in Azure environment.
Must be comfortable to talk to customers through emails, chats to resolve customer issues faster
