Title: Enterprise Application Architect
Work Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 4 Months with possible 1 year extension//Contract-to-hire
Rate: TBD

Job Responsibilities:
Lead design and supervise coding from requirements and functional specifications;
Architect, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement Oracle Database that connects with Java web services SOAP/REST and similar technologies.
Work with staff to ensure smooth and correct operations of any code or web services used by the application.
Any other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverable and application support.
Provide technical solutions for large scalable designs.
Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical personnel.
Communicate with programmatic units to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Mandatory Qualifications:
84+ months of experience as a technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
84+ months of experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java/J2EE web applications and SOA based distributed (client server) applications
Hands On with Java and related frameworks
48+ Months hands-on experience using SPRING framework
24+ Months hands-on experience using Angular framework
48+ Months of webservice implementation inclusive of SOAP and REST
48+ Months hands-on experience using Hibernate, myBATIS or other Object Relational Mapping framework
48+ on experience in programming Tomcat Java applications from specifications expressed by use cases, class diagrams, interaction diagrams and sequence diagrams.
60+ months hands-on experience in developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures and permissions.
48+ Months of experience in managing public sector government IT projects.
