POSITION: Senior Data Engineer /ETL Developer
LOCATION: Columbus ,OH
DURATION: 6 Months
Job Duties
Build tools and critical infrastructures that support the business application platforms. Aid in deployment of shared infrastructure and traffic management services
Participate in requirements gathering sessions and provide technology and functional inputs to project team
Provide technical ETL solution design in-line with the business requirements
Identify areas of do/don''ts from technical standpoint as guidance for customization inputs
Lead the requirement fitment/customization needs discussion
Involve in ETL/Data Ingestion logic design and implementation to Data lake and Data warehouse environments
Design the data models in Enterprise DataWarehouse in efficient manner from performance standpoint
Lead Design, Development and Testing of ETL pipelines and Scheduled Tasks
Implement Data Integration Best Practices
Manage project deliverables and ensure proper coordination within the team
Coordinate with Technical and Functional teams on project tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
Specialized and experienced in Data Integration Technologies like Informatica, Datastage, Talend, SnapLogic (preferred) etc
Proficient in designing and building end to end data warehousing solutions in cloud – Redshift, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server etc
Significant exposure in building webservices / ETL development.
Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert in managing customer relations with strong communication and inter-personal skills
