Job Description :
Qualifications:

Strong understanding and practical experience with Sitecore 7.2. Demonstrates ability to provide guidance and support for design and implementation of data templates, layouts, components, and workflow, etc.
Strong object-oriented programming skills (i.e. C
Experience with .NET Framework 4.5+, MVC, ORM, and web services
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and Responsive Design a plus
Experience with build automation and code repository tools (e.g. TFS, Jenkins, Git, Bamboo, etc
Ability to understand existing content and business process to design and deliver solutions in Sitecore.
Proficient knowledge of database SQL, object creation, and stored procedures
Experience with building secure web based applications using secure coding best practices

Education and Experience
BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent
5-10+ years of experience in large systems software design and web development Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication abilities, including presentation skills
Demonstrates independent thinking and decision-making abilities
Good understanding of agile software development methodologies and the contrasts to waterfall methodologies.
Maintains expertise in specific technical disciplines and serves as a subject matter expert on applications, technical frameworks, and software development practices
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and ensures team members understand the solution and technology at the appropriate level.


Responsibilities:
.NET/Sitecore Developer - PT3055 Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Develops high quality code that has minimal interruption to the production environment and meets project deadlines
Creates, documents, and communicates on solution designs with the team and architect and seeks feedback as work is completed
Communicates regularly on the progress of work products and deliverables to management and other members of the team
Leads or participates in the introduction and implementation of new technologies and frameworks
Leads or participates in peer review sessions
Sets and documents technology standards and best practices and ensures the solutions adhere to these standards
Communicates and documents the benefits of using specific open source frameworks
Conducts analysis of application and database performance, Reviews log files, troubleshoots, and monitors applications in partnership with the application support team
Assists with implementing reliable automated test cases in order to ensure application quality and stability in partnership with Quality Engineers
Serves as the backup to other members on the team as business needs change including that of an architect, quality assurance professional, or product analyst
