Business BSA – With strong business process background with Procurement/Supply chain background
Title : Business System Analyst

Location : Downtown- Denver-CO
Duration : 6 months and hire potentially

o 6-month with contract-to-hire potential
o Requirements:
Deep understanding of Procurement, Vendor Management and Oversight
Ability to translate business strategy into effective processes
Knowledge of vendor and business partner best practices
Evaluate Procurement related business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions.
Lead ongoing reviews of Procurement processes and development of optimization strategies.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Perform requirements analysis.
Document and communicate results and findings
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reporting
Ensure recommended solutions meet business needs and requirements for Procurement.
Track customer feedback and provide appropriate analysis
Utilize project tools and systems as required
Ensure team alignment and stakeholder agreement
Experience in and ability to operate in a Scrum Agile environment
Create user stories as an output of created business processes for use by development teams utilizing Scrum agile methodologies
Identify and communicate business and project risks
Experienced in developing and creating process flows
Ability to use Visio, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to work effectively with senior executives.
Familiarity with agile software development tracking applications such as Rally or Jira
Experience in meeting facilitation is helpful
Effective in dynamic environments with rapidly changing priorities, ability to “go with the flow” will be helpful
Strong presentation skills
Effective relationship builder
Understanding of software development best practices is helpful but not required
