Dynamic Interactive Business System Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst with HeathCare experience in Chicago, IL.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business or equivalent.
2. 5+ years of experience in business and systems analysis in a software product development environment preferably for healthcare industry.
3. Demonstrated strength in requirements analysis and use case development; experience with commercial software product development, compliance and regulatory market preferred.
4. Ability to analyze business systems to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operation/process issues/improvements to accomplish business objectives.
5. Strong knowledge of the Systems Development Life-Cycle Methodology. Requires experience with project life cycle methodologies, data flow diagrams, use case development, work and process flow diagrams, web interface design, data modeling, reporting and technical architecture
6. Ability to understand concepts governing relational database structures, use reporting/query tools, and construct SQL statements.
7. Exhibits strong problem solving and facilitation skills. Strong customer service orientation for both internal and external customers. Excellent influencing and consultative skills, including the ability to get results through others without having direct reports. Uses business knowledge and technical expertise to identify and analyze problems and assess potential issues to improve products in a timely manner.
8. Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
9. Works independently under minimal supervision and according to established procedures and policies.
