Job Description:
VPCR is a 24x7, critical web application used for reporting incidents of abuse/neglect of vulnerable persons.
CHOICES is a case management system used by state staff and service providers to request services and complete assessments for people with developmental disabilities.
This position provides the sole support for the BizTalk 2013 environments for the Disabilities and Aging Cluster.
Work with internal and external agencies to implement/test enhancements to their web services and troubleshoot messaging problems for multiple critical applications.
Provide production support during maintenance windows that are outside of regular business hours.
Analyze/design technical requirements for requested messaging enhancements and develop/implement secure solutions.
Assess and upgrade current BizTalk environments.
Integrate BizTalk with MS Dynamics CRM using BizTalk LOB (Line of Business) adapter.
Develop/modify BizTalk applications using BizTalk LOB and WCF services to integrate with Siebel ERP and NIEM compliant applications.

1. 84 months of experience in analysis, design, development, deployment, and troubleshooting of BizTalk integration solutions for enterprise-level applications using WCF and web services (SOA #of months 12
2. 84 months of experience in building BizTalk applications using BizTalk adapters such as File, FTP, MLLP, MSMQ, SOAP, SQL, and WCF. #of months 12
3. 60 months of experience in migrating BizTalk applications from older versions of BizTalk server to newer version, using EAI and SOA design patterns. #of months 12
4. 60 months of experience using BizTalk server to integrate with MS Dynamics CRM and legacy systems. #of months 12
5. 60 months of experience developing BizTalk applications using BizTalk LOB to securely integrate with Siebel ERP. #of months 12
6. 60 months of experience implementing Client Certificate Mapping Authentication and SSL/TLS Mutual Server Authentication across disparate technologies/platforms. #of months 12
7. 60 months of experience developing BizTalk applications that securely integrate with NIEM compliant applications. #of months 8
