Role Title:Big data analyst
Location: Denver, CO

Required Skills: • 3-5 years of experience of experience in data modeling, data design and persistence (e.g. warehousing, datamarts, data lakes
Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, write queries, etc.
Extract data from a variety of relational databases, manipulate, explore data using quantitative, statistical and visualization tools
Analyze, model, and forecast utilization patterns/ trends and create capability to model outcomes of what-if scenarios
Experience with supporting BIG DATA and Hadoop.
Experience with any of the Big Data approaches and technologies such as Hadoop, Cloudera utilities, Spark, Kafka, Hive, Oozie (experience with Angular JS/HTML5/Node JS are big plus
Experience with SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL(MongoDB/HBase/ReDis) database is expected.
Preferred Skills: • Exposure to any of the programming languages/tools such as C#, Java, Python, Ruby, Scala, SQL and scripting (Java, Python, Spark, SQL, Hive, JavaScript, Shell Scripts
